    Insurance<\/strong><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>: All vehicles are insured toward third party accidents. Physical injury to other drivers, vehicle damage of other drivers, accident care, and personal accident as well as legal services. With the insurance towards third parties, the hirer has to assume the total amount of damage for the vehicle he is driving and is responsible for.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Insurance exemptions:\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>INSURANCE does not apply for whatever may happen when the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. When the driver violates the code of road rules and regulations and at any time the vehicle is driven on an unsafe or unroadworthy area. For example, any damage to the vehicle once it has been taken to mountainous or rocky roads, beaches, swamps or areas that are deemed unsuitable for vehicles. Any damage to the tires, mirrors, windshield, windows, interior and underneath the vehicle are not covered by the insurance policy. In order to be covered by the insurance for any damage, you are obliged to have an official copy of the police report.\u00a0Parking is allowed only\u00a0<\/u>at<\/u>\u00a0<\/u>municipal parking areas and private parking a<\/u>reas<\/u>\u00a0and not on central streets.<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Drop off of vehicle:\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>The renter is obliged to return the vehicle on the specific date and time stated in the contract. He is to return it to the same location and the vehicle must be in the same condition as was when it was rented.     Sunny Rides\u00a0allows a 30 minute time extension after the agreed upon drop off time, at no extra charge. Should the renter surpass the 30 minute extended time limit he will be charged for the full day.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
